The Asador de Aranda prepares and serves high quality lamb, is a fact. All our lambs have a certificate called I.G.P of Castilla y Leon certifying their origin, breeding and product quality. But what is this certificate? Today we will explain.

35 days. No more, although it may no less, have the lambs, bearing the stamp with the origin I.G.P "Lechazo de Castilla y León" is highlighted. The very word lechazo is already telling us what has been the food of the Leonese Castilian lambs, milk from their mothers.

These lambs weighing between 9 and 13 kg live races and come from "Churra", "Castellana" and "Ojalada".

The regulatory council describes it: "... a meat pearly white or pale pink, a very popular meat to be tender, juicy and extremely soft texture."
