Asador de Aranda Group is a family company, born in 1983 in Aranda de Duero and which
has been growing year by year thanks to the loyalty of our customers.
Our values are honesty, respect for the products and a love for handcrafted work.
Ever since the beginning, we have strived to display and promote to all our customers a love for
our most characteristic product: Churra breed suckling lamb is our star product, which we cook
every day in our impressive wood-fired ovens.

The décor of our establishments does not go unnoticed. Castilian inspiration is the starting point
for our customers to live the genuine Asador de Aranda experience.
We dedicate all our care and attention to every detail and every dish that leaves the kitchen. We defend
quality and good service and strive to make each customer feel comfortable and at
home in our establishments.

A VARIED GASTRONOMIC OFFER

In addition to the carveries we have a fresh and modern gastronomic offer in the Tascas.
The Farmacias in Madrid, which thanks to our magnificent cod, are a cure-all.
And La Guindilla in Barcelona, a breath of fresh air in two of the trendiest quarters of
Barcelona: La Barceloneta and El Borne.

The Julia hotels, in the business district of Madrid, for business accommodation, and in the centre
of Aranda de Duero, for business as well as tourism. Hotels with charm that have been hosting guests since 1968.

OUR OWN WINE: RIBERA DEL DUERO

In addition to our restaurants and hotels, Asador de Aranda Group makes its own wine in
the Uvaguilera and Riberalta wineries, both located in Ribera de Duero. Our Vega Izán,
Septiembre or Palomero varieties, among others, are the perfect choice to pair with the dishes
in our restaurants and carveries.
